Refund Policy

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Replacement can be considered incase of Wrong or damaged products delivered only. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will replace the particular item.

The Fee that you pay to Partspick.in will be a retained by Partspick.in

 In case you want to cancel the order or request refund of fee, contact Partspick.in or send an email to contact.partspick.in@gmail.com with reason for refund or cancel. Placed orders are eligible for cancellation within 24hours. In case of cancellation request submitted after 24hours of placing the order, the amount paid by the customer shall not be refunded. Date of first payment for an order will be treated as the ‘Date of placing the Order’. 

Partspick.in guarantee the delivery of the product within the indicated timelines. Delay in processing the delivery may occur due to the Govt. holidays.
